HollowCade is operated by Kastia LLC. This policy describes information handled when you use the site. Contact: [email protected].

Most account and play data never leaves your device. Using IndexedDB and localStorage, the site may store:

• Local profiles, display names, and avatar choices
• Account usernames and password hashes (client-side only)
• Play history, favorites, achievements, and UI preferences
• Optional competitive / leaderboard rows on this browser
• Emulator save states via EmulatorJS browser storage

Clearing site data in your browser deletes this information. We do not operate a cloud account system yet.

If this deployment allows public ROM uploads, files and catalog metadata you submit may be stored on the host’s disk so other visitors can play them. Operators of a given deploy control retention and backups.

Game cores and emulator assets may load from the EmulatorJS CDN (cdn.emulatorjs.org). That service may process standard technical request data (for example IP address and user agent) under its own policies.

HollowCade is not an ad network. We use browser storage for functionality (sessions pointers, preferences), not third-party advertising cookies. See Cookies for details.

The service is not directed at children under 13. Do not create local accounts or upload content if you are under the applicable age in your region.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
