By accessing HollowCade (operated by Kastia LLC), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

HollowCade is a browser-based arcade player. It loads games you or the host provide and runs them with EmulatorJS. It does not grant you rights to copyrighted games you do not already own or have permission to use.

Sign-in today is local to your browser (IndexedDB). There is no guaranteed cross-device sync. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Competitive features and leaderboards on this browser are optional and may be removed or reset.

If uploads are enabled, you represent that you have the right to upload and share each file. The host and HollowCade software do not verify copyright status. You agree not to upload malware or illegal content. Operators may remove content at their discretion. See DMCA for copyright notices.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or abuse the service or other users
• Circumvent upload limits or security controls
• Misrepresent identity for competitive or admin features
• Use the site to distribute material you are not allowed to share

Emulation depends on EmulatorJS and related cores loaded from third parties. Their availability and behavior are outside our control. Game compatibility is not guaranteed.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KASTIA LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST SAVES, DATA LOSS, DAMAGES FROM UPLOADED CONTENT, OR INABILITY TO PLAY A TITLE.

These Terms are governed by New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
