A Bluetooth mesh for festivals, parks, and outages. Same locked messages. We never read them. You turn it on when you want it.

When the towers don’t.
Packed festival, jammed cell. A park with no data. An emergency where the network is the first thing to go. Nearby passes the same encrypted chats over Bluetooth — and through other Pigeon phones in the crowd. A room per hop, not a city. Not a replacement for 911.

The Windows installer is live at kastia.net. We’re a small company shipping one product across desktop and phones — not a website chat, and not a different app on each platform.
This isn’t finished, and we don’t pretend otherwise. Features will change. If something feels off, tell us.
