No open roles right now.

A small team is building Pigeon. When we hire, the role will be listed here. If you still want to write, the work is below.

What you would actually build

Closed beta. Windows is live. iPhone, Android, and Mac are next. The product is unfinished on purpose.

The messenger

Private chats are encrypted on the device. We never read them. Nearby is a Bluetooth mesh so those same locked messages can still move at a festival, in a park, or when the towers are down. A room per hop, not a city. Not a replacement for 911.

One app, four platforms

The client is Flutter. The API and relay are Go. Windows first, then phones and Mac — the same product, not a thin desktop leftover.

Security, unglamorous

Fail closed. No “best effort” decrypt. No plaintext in logs. Honest limits on what Bluetooth can do. Encryption is never a paywall.

How we work

Small, and particular

There isn’t a ladder of teams to hide in. The interesting problems are a private messenger people can live in, and a Bluetooth mesh that works in a crowd without pretending to be a cell network.

We care more about what you’ve shipped than a slogan. A few paragraphs about something you built beats a generic cover letter.
