How do I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of our website. Fill in your email address and create a secure password.
Is Kastia free to use?
Yes, Kastia is completely free to use. We provide access to movies and TV shows at no cost to our users.
What devices can I use to stream?
You can stream on any device with a web browser, including computers, tablets, and smartphones. We also support smart TVs and gaming consoles.
Streaming Issues
Why is my video buffering?
Buffering can occur due to slow internet connection, high server load, or device performance issues. Try refreshing the page or checking your internet speed.
The video quality is poor. How can I improve it?
Video quality depends on your internet connection speed. For HD streaming, we recommend at least 5 Mbps. You can also try closing other applications that use bandwidth.
Some videos won't play. What should I do?
If a video won't play, try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or trying a different browser. Some content may be temporarily unavailable.

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password.
Can I create multiple watchlists?
Currently, you can have one main watchlist. We're working on adding multiple list functionality in a future update.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to your profile settings by clicking on your avatar in the top right corner, then select "Profile Settings" to update your information.
